“Too often there’s a disconnect between the work of the lawyers and the objectives of the business. Legal knowledge is a given. Great lawyers take an interest in and deeply understand their client and their business. David is one of those lawyers.”

Mitchell Koureas- CFO- Barbeques Galore

What clients say..

“David has provided me with outstanding practical and effective legal advice for many years. He has provided structuring and commercial advice generally as well drafting our suite of commercial agreements. He has successfully negotiated key contracts with international telcos including Vocus Group Limited and advised us on our recent acquisition of the Central Technology Group. David’s insight is second to none. His advice, guidance and professionalism has been invaluable to our business and I look forward to working with him for many years to come.”

Con Sotiris-Director. Data Box Solutions

“David is the type of lawyer that every property executive wants. I trust him to not only get the answers right, but to know what questions to ask in the first place.  I know that when I deal with David he will be responsive, pragmatic and intuitive. And I like the guy personally as well!”

Steve Adamson:Real Estate Director 5 Guys International

"David just gets it. And having worked with a number private equity backed businesses he understands both the priorities and the legal challenges that those businesses face. I would recommend David to anyone looking for common sense guidance and advice delivered clearly to any stakeholders from board level down.”
